Property Buyer Information: Information
we collect from property buyers is used so we can send you new lead information
and lead notifications. This is necessary so we can fulfill our service which you
have registered for – to bring you motivated seller leads. Any information that
identifies you personally is collected from our site only if you supply it voluntarily
by entering our site.
Email Information.
Property Sellers:
When you submit your information for our services, you are consenting to receive
emails and other notifications from us regarding those services. You will be provided with an opt
out or unsubscribe option in these emails that you may use if you do not wish to receive these n
otifications. Your email address may be used by our Property Buyers to contact you about your
property. We may also use your email address to survey you about your experience with Property
Buyers Connection. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and use email to
improve our services and offerings. If you correspond with us through email, we may retain the
content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
Property Buyers:
We correspond with you using the email address you provide us. We will send
lead notifications and lead information to this email address. Additionally, we may email you
about other product offerings or services we provide. Our emails contain an unsubscribe option

to no longer receive these notifications. If you are an Exclusive Territory
representative, you will have the option to receive lead notifications through email. Your
lead notifications will not have an unsubscribe option. If you do not wish to receive emails
regarding your new leads, you may select this option in your personal Workcenter Account. If you
correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with
your email address and our responses.
Web Site Use Information
Similar to other commercial Web sites, our Web site utilizes a standard technology called "cookies"
(see explanation below, "What Are Cookies?") and Web server logs to collect information about how
our Web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date

Additionally, buyers may voluntarily
agree to allow their information to be shared with Property
Buyers Connection affiliates when they sign up for QuickLeads or submit an application for an
Exclusive territory. Buyers will be provided an option to not receive additional product information,
promotions or announcements from these affiliates. If the Buyer chooses not to receive this information
then their data will not be shared with our affiliates.
Property Buyers Connection may aggregate buyer information and share this statistical information
with a third party. This data will not contain any personally identifiable information.
What Are Cookies?
